Can anyone make me an action for a frame 800x600 with the following remarks:

small color customible outside broder
larger white inside border in wich I can place my name, a remark
(with a little shadow)
Photograph itself

Know Fred Miranda sells such an action, but I would like the "type custom name" into it.

Take a look at some of these crafted by Bud Guinn. I'd say there's a good bet one among these will meet your needs. One of these set was built specifically for Photoshop Elements, but they will work just fine in Photoshop

You would have to add your own text and drop shadow after the action completes but that would not be difficult to do.
