An elementary little tutorial, done mostly as a demonstration of how the new tutorial publishing system works. Notice that this thread was created automatically, and anyone that clicks "Discuss" on that tutorial page will be brought back here so they can tell me how wonderful it is :)

ok...I feel really dumb now! I would consider myself to be a pretty advanced Photoshop user (using it since 3.0)...but I never knew about this feature. :D

Thanks Doug!

Feedback from a rookie user.

I've semi-understood levels for a few months now and am starting to be lucky with curves more than half the time. This tells where I'm at.

The tuturial was easy for me to follow. The screen shots were a huge help in understanding what was being said. The language used was straightforward and readable. I learned something that will help me improve a technique where I get so-so results.

Rating: Excellent (yes I voted)

Thanks.

...and to think, after all the time using Photoshop, and all the BOOKS I've read, it's these little things that help most!

Thanks Doug.
