Could somebody steer me in the right direction?
I can't figure out how to use the Gallery.
One would think that when you've selected "GALLERY" from the swing out menu, and can see members images, click on an image, or the member name, it would go to their gallery, but that's not what happens.
If I try that, I get this message "This category does not contain any images.", although it really does, and there are random images from various members.
What am I doing wrong?

If you click on a member's thumbnail and you get the "no images" message, that means they've not uploaded any images into their gallery.

Complain to photopost.com, I don't like it either.

I see a thumbnail of an image for the member's gallery, yet they have no images? Where do those thumbnails come from?

You see a thumbnail for every person who has ever uploaded an image, and it's a thumbnail of the last image they uploaded. But there are about a hundred places they can upload besides their personal gallery. If it helps, just think of it as a member list, similar to what you get when you click Members on the toolbar.

I've been looking for alternative software for months, but there's really nothing out there that will work for us.

For some reason I'm not allowed to view "My Challenges" .
Here's what happens:
Click on RetouchPRO menu
Select Challenges
Select My Challenges

I then get this message:
"You do not have permission to view the images in this category. "

Is it something I'm doing?
