Richard,

I have tried to follow your instructions that were included with your Hidden Powers CD that came with my book, but I am still unable to load any actions that I created with Photoshop into Elements. Do you have any additional instructions other than what was on the CD?

Greetings and welcome.

Until Richard has a chance to reply, have you checked:

It appears to me that this is not a very active forum. But I will expand on my question anyway. I may have been under the incorrect assumption that it was possible to add actions to Photoshop Elements that I created using a regular version of Photoshop. From some reading I have done on other forums I have decided that perhaps this is not possible. I have tried to follow the instructions that have been referred to here and in other places, but I haven't been able to understand them clearly enough IF there is a way to access the actions I have created.

There is a read me that comes with the tools that covers how to add actions. Have you read that? Can you fill me in on what you have tried to do?

You should be able to add any action to Elements, but some actions may need to be altered in order to function properly. What are you trying to get Elements to do, and do you have a list of the commands?

There is a separate area of the retouchpro site dedicated to the tools. I'll leave this here for now, but in the future you should post to that area...and you may find some solutions there.

Thank you for replying, Richard. I must tell you that I have been fascinated with your book. My skills have increased greatly since I started using it. It has been some time now since I attempted to install any of my actions. I suppose I will have to go back and review the instructions and try again before I can tell you where I encountered the problems. You mentioned to that there is another forum for discussing the Hidden Powers tools, but for some reason I cannot find it. Could you please provide me with a link?

Richard,

I apologize for even starting this thread in the first place. I cannot seem to find the instructions anymore. I can't even find the Hidden Elements folders or anything referring to them on my computer. However I can use the tools to my satisfaction at this point. Please do not concern yourself with answering this post. I apologize. I will see what I can do on my own. Thank you.

Jim
