I just hope we get the image attachment problem fixed soon. Rexx 02-06-2004, 09:48 AM I was able to add the images from my pc. Please re-visit my tutorial, everyone :classic: Leah 02-06-2004, 10:14 AM Marvellous! Now, about those cars in front of Santo Condestável... :bigthmb: Rexx 02-06-2004, 10:20 AM Marvellous! Now, about those cars in front of Santo Condestável... :bigthmb: The ugly things were parked! Besides, I was running out of time. Me running, sweat running, still a cemetery to visit, hotel far away, got to shower, plane leaving. Next time! :classic: PS: And when I got to the cemetery, would you believe it?! They had moved Fernando Pessoa back in 1988! Ed_L 02-06-2004, 12:36 PM Wow, Rexx! Excellent!! Bravo! :) That's one you won't find in every site on the net. Ed Rexx 02-06-2004, 03:57 PM Doug, Leah, Ed:    Thank you all! I got "only" a 9 on Clarity. Can anybody suggest an improvement? More images? Rexx 02-06-2004, 04:14 PM I know that the Transfer function could have been explained better, but I'm planning on writing another piece on Perspective, and wanted to expand on it there. I need to take some photographs for that tutorial, and haven't had time to do that yet. dpnew 02-07-2004, 04:28 PM Hi, What width did you use for the images in your tutorial? Rexx 02-07-2004, 04:32 PM Hi, What width did you use for the images in your tutorial? The "full-size" images are 800*600 or 600*800, Save for Web dpnew 02-08-2004, 01:23 AM Hi, Thanks for the response. The "full-size" images are 800*600 or 600*800, Save for Web Are you saying you can't remember which, or you used both dimensions? The reason I ask is because Doug Nelson said the maximum width is 700 pixels. Rexx 02-08-2004, 01:41 AM Are you saying you can't remember which, or you used both dimensions? Haven't you ... um ... read the tutorial...? Rexx 03-23-2004, 12:58 PM This is not "ego-bumping", honest! Last weekend I was practising my own technique, and again I forgot to correct in both vertical and horizontal direction. That is, I wanted to get rid of a telephone pole. I stepped sideways, no problem, gone in Photoshop in a few seconds. But I forgot the lines, just like in Lisbon. So folks, remember to bend your knees! :classic: |
