I downloaded hpa3pc.zip today and installed it. Everything seems to work as advertised and co-exists with my Hidden Tools that came with the book.

However, the advanced.rtf file that is discussed in the readme file was not part of the zip file.

How/where do I access it?

I just took a look and mine is in the Photoshop Elements folder ... I believe that is where install put it.
