Richard, I emailed you of my problem at your bookdoc address but didn't get a reply. I was worried that my ISP may have blocked it.

I purchased your new Dynamic Image when you announced it on the Photoshop Elements list but have not received instructions for downloading it or a registration number.
Also, when looking for my receipt for that I found one for the Mend Tool which I also have not received. Can you help?

Richard, I looked it up on my PayPal account and both the Mend Tool and Dynamic Image tools charges were sent on to you. Have you found my order yet? I'd sure like to download them and start playing.

You should have this now...the problem was the email went to the home.com address that either you placed on the order or that was still viable in your paypal account. I can only mail to the email address that I have!
