If you have Microsoft Word (or a program that opens .doc files), open the .doc attachment, othewise download and unzip the .zip attachment for an HTML version that can be opened by your browser.

The review is rather general, don't you think? VP really must be used as a combination with other things, or with two of it's own filters. Personally I like VP because of the fantastic abstract or just plain outrageous effects you can get. VP 4 also has a couple new filters, which, while most people have ignored them, I absolutely love. You have to play with them and not just pooh-pooh them. I especailly like the gothic and fauvist filters, but there is a definite place for the embroidery filter as well. These three filters really can't be duplicated with any other program or filter...well...without a ton of tinkering.
