Here's something that's fun and easy. Start with a photo...ANY photo in color. Don't use MY photo. Pick one you like. Buzz it ifit is busy. Then do a xero lineart sketch, with the line intensity on 4 and the overall tone in the negative numbers, or play around with end results. Make sure you use the color setting.

Then take the lineart image and run it through VP triangles or rectangles. Play around with it. Add a border, and voila', something that could easily be framed . Let's see what you can do.

I got a little sidetracked, but the process I used was similar. I used Smart Blur instead of Buzz to simplify the image and applied a little texture. Original photo by Keith.

Amy, i love this game!! Unfortunately i got so involved in playing it, forgot to record. Just remember arthistory brush, zero lineart, vp triangles, various blends.

See what I mean? It's almost mindless fun. I like those examples.

For my new one I took Jaykita's flower pic, used the rotating mirror feature, added Distortion>Curliques, and FP Flexify.

I love any fliter that distorts. If you know of any others, post them, please!

I just try to get a result that looks like somebody with more money than brains might buy, IF I had a big name.
