The photoshop cs doesnt support ME. I'm looking for one that supports window ME

Anyone that does have an old version has probably upgraded, which would make transferring the old license illegal. But good luck finding an un-upgraded version.

And consider ditching WinME, it really was a disgrace of an OS :)

Check on e-bay, that is always a good source of older software.
