I've tried to download the buzz lite trial software on both ie and netscape and each time I try to install it says " could not find a package to install on the installation media". I have PS7 . There is no place to email support on the BuZZ site. Does anyone have any ideas? I would really like to buy it but if it won't install there is no reason to put out money. Thanks :depressed

Yes, I've been to that site but whan I click on the downloaded .exe file it won't even open. I get the previous mentioned error. There doesn't seem to be a link to contact them for troubleshooting. I get no option to place the file anywhere.

Ok, found out that it WILL install if I choose "open" instead of save to disk when I download. It's installed and am looking forward to trying it out.

Glad you got it installed. Lots of folks in the Photo-art forum use it.
