Hello,

I am trying to complete the installation of the Dynamic Image Action and the last steps says to restart Elements and then hold several keys down
I don't know what the following keys are?? Command+Option+Shift/Ctrl. Can you advise me.

What you need to do is to deleting the preferences file and the way to do that is:

Close down Elements then click on the start up icon and quickly hold down the Control, Alt and Shift keys (If you are a Mac user Apple, Alt and Shift). Continue to hold down all three keys until you get a screen asking if you want to delete Settings ... just say Yes.

All keyboards are different but the control key usually says Control and the Alt key usually says Alt ... Shift usually has an upward facing arrow on it.
