Here was the starting image: T Paul 09-20-2004, 08:24 PM Here is how it changed from player to player: T Paul 09-20-2004, 08:25 PM And the fantastic final results! Pats on the back for all players!! Doug Nelson 09-20-2004, 08:26 PM Ha! Love the little parasailing frogs :) T Paul 09-20-2004, 08:29 PM Love the RetouchPRo jet...Doug when are you going to get one of those? Also love the dirigible...especially how it's coming right at you.
Also found it interesting how both teams added an aircraft and a universe starfield.
KUDOS to all!
~T T Paul 09-20-2004, 08:31 PM The parasailing frogs were my addition. I wanted to tie in Jeff's frogs on the arch and the first thing that came to mind was a bunch of parachuting frogs!
~T :classic: Jeff L 09-20-2004, 09:19 PM Heh heh...this was a good one!
Those parasailing frogs work quite well! My frogs aren't real crazy about heights. That's why they are hanging on for dear life.....
That Windows craft is too funny! Mark Adams 09-20-2004, 10:02 PM Kudos all around.
Is it just me or does anybody else pick up on the implicit message under Team 2's product? [Hint: France surrenders.]
Just asking.
I'm also disappointed that there was no flying pig.
Carry on.
Mark Doug Nelson 09-20-2004, 10:06 PM Is that from France? I thought it was the arch outside Central Park. Mark Adams 09-20-2004, 10:08 PM Is that from France? I thought it was the arch outside Central Park.
I didn't reference it, but it looked enough like the Arc d'Triumph that the "frogs" on it immediatly conjured France. I won't go into the symbolism behind the dirigible (Hindenbergh?) because I don't claim to understand it myself.
Mark Jeff L 09-20-2004, 10:11 PM Under the advice of my attorneys.......I have no comment as to the meaning of the frogs.
The pig will show up one of these days. Haven't got a good one in my library yet. Mark Adams 09-20-2004, 10:17 PM The pig will show up one of these days. Haven't got a good one in my library yet.
I had one ready to go. It was my alternate layer. It's not great, but flying pigs turned out to be surprisingly uncommon in the Google image search. roger_ele 09-20-2004, 10:19 PM Love both of them!
Great addition of the curl T
I was 4th in team one, the thing I did that I was was the most excited about was I think maybe the subtlest ... all the obvius art work was behind the plane ... because that is how retouchpro is to life ... ;)
Chhheeerrrrrrrs!
Roger rondon 09-21-2004, 04:43 AM Everything seems to fit... colorfull.
RonDon very nice images conjured up by both teams.
On the flying pig theme : we allready had some in the windmill arttag challenge at : http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7266
gina JustChecking 09-24-2004, 05:05 AM those are great! :pleased: cheers to both teams! |
