There is a special program for making such things but... i do not remember it's name. Try to use google, maybe you will find it.

I don't think it's a plugin...I'd say it's one of these offerings:

As I understand it, some programs are a lot more flexible than others. If you decide to go that way, try before you buy (if you can).
