Hi Vinnie, first of all congratulations on what is generally a very good restoration. Just a few minor quibbles.

First, the woman's eyes are a little dark, and have lost detail. Try lightening them to bring the detail back.

Also some detail has been lost around the baby's knees and nose. A little sharpening around the nose area should cure that problem. For the knee detail, try cutting and pasting from the original to a new layer, then adjust layer opacity for best result.

Hope this is some help.

Vinnie, as Gary said, overall this is very good. In addition to the areas Gary mentioned I would add the following:

The tip of the baby's left ear and a tuft of hair are missing. That side of the head looks a bit misshapen, including the cheek.

Baby's hand is missing some detail in the finger area.

I'm seeing a lot of red/pink the the dress as well. I am at work so the monitor may not be accurate, so take that with a grain of salt!

These old photos covered with cracks are such a challenge! You did a great job correcting all that damage!

Thanks for your imput, Gary & FrannyMae. I completely missed some of the areas that you pointed out. I did know that there was a problem with the hand, I had to copy one of the good fingers, move and transform it to a new location. All I could make out on the original was 4 fingers, I assumed that the thumb was folded under the hand in the shot.
Thanks again,
Vinnie

I agree with what else has been said, I also see pink on the dress. I also notice the ladies left cheek seems to be missing some detail. Excellent job removing all those cracks though!
