I have tried the regular gaussian blur stuff, adding median noise, and nothing has worked, can anybody help. It is on a sound speaker, so there is not that much definition. The file is only 1 MB, but too big to load up here.

There are different ways for reducing Moire Pattern, so, it would really be helpful if you could post the picture or only part of it.
