My niece gave me this pic of her son. Someone had dragged the shutter and it was a very bad photo. It was his first touchdown. I would make a good painted shot. I used saturation and PhotoshopCS. What do you think?

Did you do anything else? It looks like there was some smudging or paint strokes applied.
