I think you've done a very good job bringing out the best in her yet not overdoing the skin. The skin tone is quite different but seems to be well within realistic values for African-American which of course can have a wider range than any other. The only thing I noticed was a slight discoloration of the hair at the background on her right side.

Only one suggestion. Keep doing what you're doing! Very nice work.

Looks good, the only thing that I'd do different is a gradient on the background.

thanks i do appreciate the comments... they are extremely constructive. Just for the record i do enjoy this board because I feel people call it as they see it! the only way you can grow is having someone who's honest in their feedback. Thanks guys & girls!!

Very Good!

The color on the before was way off, you did a good job. My taste is slightly darker, but of course it could be just the difference in our monitors ;)

I hope you don't mind, I played with it a little. Often I don't get a real good opinion of an image until I have played with it a little ...

I found a spot where the new background shows through her shoulder - I circled it - and under her hair as allready mentioned....

The other thing I did was straightened her back and reduced the shoulder a little - hid the bra strap. If you like it and you need help in how to do this, just ask - but be sure to mention which software you are using.

have fun,
Roger

I too think you've done a fantastic job. The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure that the skin tone is as acurate as possible while retaining a pleasing blend of highlights and shadows.
Best,
Larry
