It's my first time here.
I have a picture to restore that is full of grains.If I use blur the skin gets unnatural. What can I do?

To remove/reduce grain/noise from a picture, you could try this excellent Tutorial (http://retouchpro.com/tutorials/?m=show&id=63) by Vikki...

If the grain/noise is very strong, you could try this other Tutorial (http://retouchpro.com/tutorials/?m=show&id=140) ... If you are still not happy with the result, you could post the picture, or part of it, and somebody will give you specific advice.
