Go to Google (http://www.google.com) type elgoog into the search box, hit enter, click on the first search result, then type orphcuoter into the search box........

I read up on that site a bit to see how it was done and although it was intended as a joke it serves a useful purpose in some countries where access to everyone's favorite search engine has been banned!
