Axle I used the trial version of Painter to do your tutorial and now you're in trouble 'cos I'm gonna have to buy it !!

You made it seem very easy and I love how my first attempt came out. I added a canvas texture to it in PSCS after altering the levels. What do you think?

Painter is addictive and has so many options. In this case I believe I'd prefer your interpretation without the texture.

Keep 'em coming. I've had Painter 8 for awhile and just can't seem to get into it. Maybe your helpful tuts will get the old broad going.

Very nice tut.

Axel, your tutorial is first class and just what I was looking for after loading Painter IX onto my machine.

This is my first effort in the new program but I couldn't have done it without your help. THANKS

Hi thank you for the oil painting tutorial.
I was wondering if you do have some tutorial for pets. I like your tutorial with the arrows, so I have almost finished the tutorial and I'm so happy that I can paint now with your tutorial.
best regards
Ellen

Axleuk:---I've just loaded Painter IX and had one try at a pic http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13546&page=4 , not very adept though. Love the tute, I'm sure it will increase my understanding of the prog. Any chance of more?
