This is our famous central Library in Manchester UK. Its a round building... DannyRaphael 02-23-2005, 03:28 PM Beautiful building. It would be facinating to explore the collections inside. After expanding the size of the image I tried some of Fluff's Impressionist settings from his "#Fluff Oil Paint.set" collection. All his set files are now available in a single post: http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showpost.php?p=69429&postcount=2 Neve 02-23-2005, 03:57 PM Didn't that turn out very well Danny! Legacy~Art 02-25-2005, 04:55 AM Danny that library would take weeks to see the insides of it, its a beautiful building, my problem is i cannot be quiet, being a chatterbox i last about ten minutes in there and then they shout at me...shhhhhhhhhhh Danny lovely picture! JustChecking 02-27-2005, 12:28 PM Danny, fffffffffffffffffffantastic result! love the "angriness" of it... --- some AHB, and impressionist-chalk-half finished, and some edges... :wavey: SWEngineer 02-27-2005, 07:31 PM Danny & JC - wonderful outcomes, both of you. Here's an odd one using the Impressionist 'Tapestry' setting (modified in a few settings). Some tweaking with layer modes and surface textures refined the result. I thought it amusing the 'orator' figure (3rd color panel from the left) morphed into something like a bearded pirate. :lmao: -Mark Janet Petty 02-27-2005, 07:48 PM Great job all on a difficult subject. Too many fine lines and angles for me to try. :) Mark, fiber arts being my first-loved hobby, your picture looks like a locker hooked tapestry. But my-oh-my, I wouldn't want to try a piece that complicated. Much better to leave it as a photo. Good job. Janet Neve 02-28-2005, 12:20 AM Slightly Buzzed Image - Dupe bottom Layer L2 - Crescent Moon/Jammin' Filter - Burn Mode 46% Merge both layers.
