Dear all,
For a recent project that I am working on have to create fabrics. (Like floating Satin)
Anyway that this can be achieved in PS?

This isn't a solution, just a potential point of departure.
Radial gradient tool set to difference blending mode. Colors set to default. All my strokes started off the canvas on the bottom right and ended within the canvas in the upper left. I was deliberately sloppy about where exactly it started and ended. Then I added a gradient map from dark purple to light purple.
Also, see the smoke challenge for ideas on transparency, and there's another thread here with lots of variations on this faux-satin technique (and there's a fabric background tutorial that uses it).

Manju, the fake satin thread (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=62114) can be found off the discussion (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=7275) to Leah's tutorial.
