New Tutorial Posted

Posted 12-02-2009 at 06:21 PM by cricket1961

Hello All

I have a new tutorial posted in the usual place...
(here is the link for those who have not yet been there....

As usual it is another technique that uses a tool for something other than what it is meant for.

And its intuitive..... go figure.

This is another tutorial on masking, and even though it has the same name as my last tutorial, it is using a different tool altogether.

This tutorial takes all of the benefits of the Shadow/Highlight command and uses them to build precise masks on a global basis. You can of course integrate the resulting masks with existing masks to get up close and personal with local areas.

Try it out and see how it works for you.... you might be pleasently surprised!

Would be nice to see that tutorial but: The requested resource cannot be found.

No wait... it was a problem when loading the page... now it loads (after few refreshings).

Glad you got it. Occasionally that page will have some issues, but it does eventually load. Unfortunately I have no control over that.

I've been looking forward to this technique since the first part and I have to admit, although it's quite easy, I didn't come up with it on my own earlier :-)
    Thanks Chris!

You should be able to click on the link on the page where the tutorial is and just download it as a pdf.
