Old panoramic photos

Pano shooting is as old as photography is, and while searching for examples of old panorama photographs I came across bionikmedia.com

They specialize in old black and white photos, vintage posters and panoramic photographs.

These are just some of the panos that caught my eye.

Interesting enough, their best pano phots are under the section titled: Bathing Beauties.

    Nice old pictures. Did they use a special camera and film, or were they joined in the dark room, spliced?

    My guess is, the stitching was done in the darkroom.
