Super quick painting effect

I found this video tutorial by Gavin Hoey

and have made it into a action, not sure but it could work on older versions of ps
smaller images may need the settings altered
also make sure you have white as your foreground and black as your background ( for the bas relief) although changing the black to a dark colour does look good
I think it is great as a base image and can be tweeked around a bit ( try adjust on it )

- Just finished viewing the tut Palms. I do have Photoshop, but, you already know I'm a GIMPer and might try to do a GIMP flow for this result later. Thanks for the link.
