dont forget you can alter the colour
by (in ps) picking the colour you want with the colour picker then

image> adjustment > hue/saturation
check the colorize box
then alter lightness saturation to your taste

thanks a lot Joe.
please remember all that i did was make it into a action joe done all the hard work

Joe has pointed out to me that after both times of the diffuse being used you should reduce the opacity to exactly 50% ( i have altered the wording in the action to accomodate this)

After some experimenting i have found on portraits...
