Wow, that sounds great. But what IT services would you expect form a retoucher? If the space is still available in January, I might be interested. But I could only offer marketing/design services.

Hopefully, the space will be rented by January, but just in case... IT services may include: Helping with networking, dsl, email & website support. These things are running fine, but when things do go amiss, we need someone to turn to for help.
