Logo Help/Design

I was wondering if anyone wanted to design me a new logo, mine's a little...um...boring.
Iwould'nt be able to pay anything as I'm new at this business and haven't made any money yet.

And if you look at the favicon, that's my current logo..not very good.

I'd like something clean and modern but with an obvious allusion to photography, mainly people photography. I'd prefer monotone, but one other colour would be ok.

I'd credit you on my site for the logo design and link back to your site as well and I could give you a print of my fine art if you like? I could send it to you as a high res .jpg?
