Wanted: Designer to Edit Images

http://www.socalpoolplayers.com/tour.../img/8ball.jpg

I will pay (using PayPal) for someone to "fix" these images. My budget is $40.

2. Once you finish, put some kind of watermark over it so that I can't be accused of keeping your work for free.
3. I will only accept emails until Tuesday, September 26,2006 @ noon (Pacific USA time)
4. You must have paypal.
5. I will choose from the best.
6. It can't be pixelated because I will be putting this logo on a T-Shirt later.
7. It must be "clear" (is opaque the word I am looking for).

What do you mean with "fix"? Your instructions are a little vague.
And if you don't want it to be pixelated ,because the logo has to be large enough to print on a T-shirt ,you must provide larger images.

If the instructions and sample material are good, I am sure you will find someone here who will get the job done!
