I don't have a paypal account, therefore you have to be able to accept money via 2checkout or money bookers.

Paypal isn't acceptable in my country.

What country are you in that paypal is not allowed? Try to find a better, reputable CC merchant option and ill be happy to do the work for you.

I ONLY accept paypal, and checks drawn on american banks.

Further, aren't you already a retoucher?.....are you just trying to get someone to pick up your overflow, while still collecting a pretty penny from your client?

It isn't true. I use 2checkout for a year without any problems.
