Senior Retoucher
Full Time Permanent Position, Central London
Salary: depending on experience

The Position
We are currently welcoming applications for a ‘Senior Photographic Retoucher’. Ideally with a range of skills and more than 4 years professional working experience. Joining this young ambitious company will allow you to work on live projects in a team environment. Operators are required to work quickly and concisely whilst always maintaining high quality and photographic realism. You will be expected to manage junior members of the retouch team and work closely with clients in delivering projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities to include:
• Independently manage and oversee retouch jobs from initial quotation stage through to completion. (including–Briefing,Scanning,Prep,Retouch,Composition,Colour,Separation and Final image output.
• Managing and checking junior operator's work and maintaining quality, give clear and concise briefs and always be willing to offer advice and support.
• Working with Studio Manager to ensure an effective running of the department.


Requirements:
• Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop
• Evidence of visual communication, an eye for fine detail and photographic realism
• Comfortable in a technical and demanding environment
• An open attitude to developing own skills and those of others
• Due to clients varied requirements, must be adaptable & quick learner to new demands
• An independent problem solver
• Desire to help and to support our creative team
• Credibility and Influencing / Critical reasoning skills
• Have excellent Planning and Communication skills
• Aptitude for Managing Relationships with clients and staff
• Drive and Enthusiasm
• 4 years professional industry experience
