Retouching needed

Help! I need to get away from CS3 and back behind my camera. I am a portrait photographer and mainly shoot outdoors. I am in need of retouching services. My shoot location/environment sometimes creates challenging issues such as wind blown hair, light sensitive subject (squint lines), a curious "rubber necker" in my background etc. I have 4 intense (high-volume) months coming up...anyone game?
