Full Time Retoucher, Imaging Specialist

Tim Tadder Photography is looking to add in house digital imaging specialist. We are not interested in working with freelancers, or outside vendors (we have great freelancers that we work with). We really need someone in house to handle our day to day needs.

The ideal candidate should have great skills with retouching, compositing, good eye for color and toning. A solid background in print production would be a plus. Please send sample and resume's.

That's a very specific look you have, although many are trying to copy it these days (re: our 100,000 + hit and counting Dave Hill thread in retouching). Just curious - Would the hire just be cutting paths and doing preliminary work to prepare files for you to jump in and finish the images?
