Re: Retoucher required

Chillin, I like what U did and the price seems like a good deal!

I can not believe instead of saying thanks, the OP wants more.. He/she provided two non-matching, poorly shot snapshots, one shot at night with a straight on flash and the other an out of focus indoor shot with a different head angle and wants a high quality mingling of the two..

He/she made me re-think about posting this attempt at saving his/her a$$ and trying to make the guy look a tad better- but I put in the time so will post anyway.

No comments necessary because the image is unimportant to me and is no longer on my computer

Re: First time help

Bernetini69,
It's not very clear what you want... do you want to know how to do it, or want someone to do it for you ? In Photoshop, anything is possible (well except unblurring a blurred photo, which everyone seems to want ).

We would be glad to tell you how. If you post a thumbnail and an external link to a high resolution image, we generally will do a little editing for you... then provide you info on how it was done.

Re: Retoucher required

Hi,
having posted in the Classified Forum, in itself, means that Bernetini69 is asking for professional help and is prepared to pay for it... and, on top of it, he/she made that very clear with the Title of the Thread and again here:

Personally, I prefer this very direct approach instead of a Thread started in another Forum with a lame excuse about wishing to learn how to do the job, collecting the best results and disappearing without even bothering to say 'Thanks'!!! (the 'veterans' here know exactly how that feels)

Bernetini69
,

I've practised on your picture ... unfortunately, like Granny says, the pictures provided are

... In my opinion, no matter what you do, these kind of manipulations will never look really good... but here is my quick try...

Re: Retoucher required

IMO the request of giving the male a tan and closing the eyes a little (info from other request thread) should be done on the existing photo rather than swapping heads (for reasons aforementioned). Except of course if the OP doesn't like the the original photo.

Re: Retoucher required

That looks brilliant.
How much would it be to finish that off and do something with the mouth to make it into a sort of smile maybe?
Looks amazing, thanks so mcuh for that will show my mate

Re: Retoucher required

It's difficult to realistically add a smile, but here's my attempt. Let me know if it looks like him, I'm curious.

Re: Retoucher required

Hmm. It looks interesting,
It does look like him but it seems like the chin has gone bigger!
Really does look good though thanks for your help again.
Reccomend anything else to do?

Re: First time help

Here's the same edit with the original smile.

The chin didn't get bigger, but when one smiles the cheeks are lifted and perhaps that made the chin appear larger.

I think this edit provides the desired results, but if any one wants to play with my edit, go for it!

Thanks Bill, I hadn't seen the other Thread...
Bernetini69,

I've merged your two Threads because they were on the same subject ... I think it's only fair to not force those willing to help to jump from one Thread to another to get the complete picture of what a request really is...
