I'm underwhelmed. Your comparison is to known weaknesses of FTP. It would carry more weight if compared to SFTP, which is becoming ubiquitous and costs no more than FTP. It also implies FTP/SFTP is more difficult than it actually is to set up and "maintain". Additional comparisons to sites such as rapidshare would probably be appreciated.

Focus less on marketing with asynchronous information, and more on providing unique value. For our users, a good start would be to develop an embeddable applet for their websites that would give an upload button for their users that doesn't require surfing away from their website. Email notifications of uploads with a direct secure download link would also be a step.
