Wanting to buy links on industry web sites

Hi

I'm looking to buy or swap links with industry web sites. If you have web pages that have a google page rank of 4 or above I will pay you a monthly rental to host a brief text link. I'm willing to pay up to $70 a month per link. Payments will be made by paypal.
