I already made a still on photoshop of what I want.

It needs to have a content management system...

Try writing to simone@myiuvo.com for a quotation. They do good work at very reasonable rates.

Their current website doesn't mention web design because they are in the process of merging a separate web design operation into the IUVO brand and will have a new website up shortly.

They can certainly provide a CMS and even a shopping cart etc. if you need one, and arrange domain registration and hosting.
