WANTED: Freelance retoucher

I'm a professional photographer specializing in the fitness industry. I'm looking for a retoucher for ongoing collaboration on numerous projects.

Most of the retouching projects will be creative in nature. Due to increasing volume I'm unable to keep up and would like to find someone to build a working relationship with. I'm based out of Toronto, Canada but don't mind working with someone located anywhere as long as you have an internet connection

Couple things: Ideally I'm looking for someone comfortable in D&B techniques, stylizing the images, etc... My favorite looks are of the Dave Hill's, Jim Fiscus, Dragan style. NOTE: please don't send me examples that were done using some action script or filters!
