Wanted: Retoucher for personal/family photos

Hello
I'm an amateur photographer/retoucher and my photography revolves around my family and friends. I take a lot of pictures of my 1 year old son and my wife and sometimes, I tried "play" with them like putting their on somebody else, if it's a nice photo, then retouch for enlargement, put them up on cover magazine etc.
I don't always get time to process all those files and retouch them. So I was wondering if someone can retouch some of the selected photos I choose. This is an ongoing job and not a one time.
What I will provide - RAW or JPEGs from my camera.
Discussion - We can discuss of what I have in mind for that photo or if you have an idea, we can discuss that too.
What I would need - PSD of the retouch.

Please let me know how you would want to work with me (per photo, bulk pricing), how much time will it take you and links or attachments to some of your previous work.

Please keep in mind that this is all for personal use and so if you have big dollars in mind, I will disappoint you.
