 Re: Photograph for practice! Hi, I am a hobbyist photographer based in dubai and i retouch my photos my own.(www.vineet-suthan.com ) But i would like to have a re-toucher in order to have a more feel to my portfolio. i dont mind paying but it should be affordable as i am a hobbyist photographer. If there are any paid projects then we can talk on that too as and when required. I need someone who would have good communication skill and an interpret and give the results.
