product retouch tutor/collaborator needed

Hi,
im a photographer looking to improve retouching skills in some areas. I mainly shoot highly reflective metal/stainless steel products such as cookware.

I need a professional retoucher to teach me to improve in the following areas:

remove unwanted reflections
add wanted reflections
smooth out metal surfaces
add more dimension via d&b
etc.

Beyond improving my skills, I need to find a collaborator. I shoot alot of product and don't have the time to retouch them all. The ideal scenario would be to find a great product retoucher who i can send all the retouching work to with the ability to do it all myself (through the above mentioned tutoring) for last minute touch-ups.
Im based in Florida and would prefer someone in the south-east region of the US or California.
