Looking for Retoucher help

Hello to everyone I've been doing some photography and been trying for a while to learn how to fix blow skin but I've gotten so busy that I really need some help. I have 11 photos I need retouched so faces are not blown out in parts and this would lead in to future work I need help with.

I have posted the link to the HiRes files, but I do have the RAW files.
