High End Manhattan retouching studio looking for Senior Level Fashion Retoucher.

Requirements:
At least 5 years retouching experience doing high end fashion advertising, (not editorial, there is a huge difference), in NYC. This is not a retouching job with minor clean ups. This involves extremely diffficult retouching to models wearing patterned fabrics. Delicate skin work is required. Retouching while retaining texture of the original art is a must.

At least 5 years working for a prepress company in NYC.
Experience with ICC profiles, rgb and cmyk conversion, dmaxes. (Do you know your numbers?) Are you constantly saying "Well it looked good on the monitor?"

At least 5 years experience doing color corrections to match client supplied art or swatches of fabric. (Color correcting is just as important if not more than retouching) Can you change a model's dress from blue to red while retaining definition, shape, contrast of the original? Do you know when to use usm and when to use curves concerning contrast?

Can you lead and advise junior level retouchers on projects?
