Re: Creating Wormholes

This stuff is mind-boggling. Would make great backgrounds for certain projects.

Re: Creating Wormholes

Yeah; lost my site edit link when ol' Betsy died on me too Doug. Still, to create my latest wormholes is even an easier process. Click link below for how.

Thanks Joe; very easy to do using the GIMP Mathmap plugin; see my reply to Doug.

Re: Creating Wormholes

Nice, will have to try this soon. So does it use a picture with a transparent background to get the overlapping effect?

Re: Creating Wormholes

No; the target image is simply a seamless texture I created. I do add an alpha channel before running Mathmap since there does appear seams that are easier to heal by transparent alpha channel (not all renders have an issue, but Mathmap isn't perfect so some things have to sometimes be cleaned).

Demons coming out of the heart of CERN

Clicked on a youtube link where some folk (won't say they are crazy; lol) believe CERN was created to release demons from another dimension. It also being closer to Halloween, so why not. lolol
