thank marthig

and re your entry, it is pretty bright. you might want to turn the gamma setting down on your monitor and re-post, or use some calibration sites to help you adjust it. there are some threads floating around here somewhere that refer to some with links.

Thank you Craig,
Will search here and Google too, though I have used those programs but what happens in my monitor is that it doesn't seem to have a midtones calibration, the whites are too bright and to tone it down, the dark tones are just too dark. Sorry I can't explain this in more technical words.
Anyway I am much too upset for all that happened today in London, very sad.
I hope you have no relatives there ?
Regards

This contest, for me, took a long, long time. The hardest part was definitely the hair and the eyes. Plus, as a guy, I have zero experience applying women's makeup.

But, despite the number of hours (meaning days) spent on it, this was a lot of fun!

Your tip worked ! I found the option in the nVidia settings to change the gamma setting and now I can see like most people do (I think, will check with the monitor at my office's PC). Thanks a lot !

You did a great job with the hair and make up, and I understand your struggling for days, so did I with the hair mainly, this was not only a contest but a true challenge. Lots of fun nevertheless !
