Re: Sep 07 Contest Discussion

Thanks Cathy, Lonk and Doug,
I was kinda late putting up my entry and at the last minute decided to go with the simplistic one.... maybe the wrong move. Oh well, I love this type of contest. Love those eyelashes Cathy, an Extreme Makeover contest would be tooooo fun. Like the Borg in recovery concept, Lonk.

Alternative method...here it is.

I certainly enjoyed looking at everyone's unique concept of the challenge. There were some very good entries.

I have a question. Does anyone remember reading a story by Hans Christian Anderson? Disney made an animated movie of it, if I remember right. It was one of my favorite children's stories when I was much younger. Again, if I remember right, it was titled, "The Snow Queen".

Another great disguise, Doug.

Thanks, Nancy. The Borg princess was a fun to make variant.

I love the texture mapping of your snow queen, Janet. That's similar to Solitear's entry, which I also liked.

I remember that movie, I had a book based on it too.
Your version is very cool Janet.

I'm not saying no-one should be allowed to edit theirs, just the ones I already decided to vote for

Phew-- I'm saved from 'the icicle of shame' because my husband booked a golf date for our last vacation day causing us to come back a day early.
