I find it very difficult to judge photoart competitions like this. All of the entries are excellent in their own right. Choosing "the best" solely depends on the individual evaluator's particular preference. I tried to vote more objectively, quite simply:

- Does the result look like an oil painting?
- Is the color palette harmonious?
- Has the spirit of the portrait been retained?
