As usual this was really hard to judge, great job everyone.
1. Ruzzez - Nice and simple, also good depth
2. CFarr - I like the softer shades they seem a little less intense
3. Lorraine - Nice and simple, good colors
4. Philbach - Very realistic leaves on the path.
5. designcafe - I really like the color of the tree on the right, nice leaves on the path, but I think I see cloning trails.
Honorable Mention:
Cupcake - I like the darker look, but a little too much like a painting.
Moontje - Nice variation, good over all colors, but I see a lot of artifacts.

1. Lorraine- the buildings were beautifully post processed and the grass wasn't messed with
2. philbach - nice shadows and subdued color scheme
3. CFarr - nice variation in the colors of the different trees
4. ruzzez - seemed very early in the fall, nice treatment of the grass
5. Swarbees - nice foreground colors

1. Phil Bach – Beautiful work with the fallen leaves – they’re not overdone and look very realistic. Lovely muted colors on the trees and the vine on the building.

2. swarbees – I like the overall golden tones and the vibrant colors of the individual trees.

3. Ruzzez – Nice work on the trees colors, the reflections in the stream and the fallen leaves. I especially like how you brought out the water that is flowing over the wheel of the mill.

4. designcafe -- Great colors on the trees and excellent work with the fallen leaves. The colors of vine on the building are very good as well.

5. CFarr – Nice work on the individual tree colors.

Everyone’s work is excellent, and it was very difficult to narrow the entries down to just five.

I really liked those that added the fallen leaves--that didn't even occur to me---

1 1bigdawgzf1 is first maybe because he just went nuts with the leaves
2 CathyH --great colors and additional leaves looked realistic to me
3 Phil bach -- colors weren't as vibrant as I would have liked but the leaves on the path were well done.
4 Lorraine---vibrant realistic fall colors and I liked the water with the reflection of color
5 ruzzez--again I liked the rusty colors and sort of worn look to the grass

Great job creating some lovely Autumn scenes! This was an extremely close contest with voting all over the board. We even had to go to a tie breaker (see Contest FAQ).
