Here are my favorites (if I had the opportunity, I would select all pictures ;o):

1) Veralisa - Really like it but it looks like a watercolor
2) Chroma - nice background choice, and good details.
3) Peter S - simple and clean
4) T Paul - great smudge that makes it look painted, maybe could have had more color saturation

2. Lorraine... beautiful glowing sky
3. Ol B...eye catching colors and unique background.
4. catatonic... the blues add a nice depth to the sky
5. kilty560...almost a monochrome...done just right.

HM to *erblicken*. A novel approach, love the grungy ducks but I don't think the rules call for this style.

(pretty background creates a nice color scheme with the ducks, clean work, looks like a realistic painting like in the duck stamp example)

(I like the brush strokes on the ducks, how the "color sections" are distinct shapes, and the overall colors used)

3. Lorraine

(I like the sunset look and the sun reflection on the ground. The female duck blends in a bit too much with the plants behind her, but I like the idea of the plant addition.)

(I like the style and colors in the forground a lot. The harsh blue line in the background that goes up to the male duck's head and stops on the other side draws my attention in a bad way though.)

(Although not quite a duck stamp style, I really the way the brush strokes were used. Interesting to look at.)
